How OVLG handled the situation?

In the beginning of May 2012, CC1 approached Oak View Law Group to get consultation for managing his finances in a better way as he was far behind on his payments. After the initial free counseling, CC1 signed up for our debt settlement program on May 10, 2012. Within few months, Ronald Gallant, his Client Relationship Associate, resolved one of his delinquent accounts thus saving more than $1000 for him. Monthly payments toward a few other accounts are still going on and the client is expected to complete the program within a short span of time.

Hello, my name is cc1 and I started working with oakview law group in march of 2012 with ronald gallant my credit manager. At first they just seemed like a normal debt consolidation company but recently I had a sheriff show up at my house and scared the living daylights out of me bringing me a court summons. I contacted Oak View and Ronald the next day and they immediately took care of it and had a settlement offer for me by that afternoon and for that I thank them very much. I was something that's really scared me that I would have to deal with and go to court with but they were able to come up with a great settlement offer that saved me lots of money on what I currently owe. so I thank oakview law group for all the work they have done and I will gladly work with them in the future

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
