How OVLG handled the situation?
BP approached to Oak View Law Group on 03/28/2013 and got himself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for his debt relief, as his client intake manager Adam Augustine explained to him. He started making his monthly payments from 04-26-2013 towards his trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the Payday Loans.
Matthew Harris, his Client Relationship Manager, has been taking care of his file very diligently. Till now from the month of March till November, we have settled 8 of his accounts out of the 11 that were enrolled. Meanwhile, there are 3 more of his creditors that are left to settle out of which we are in negotiations with two.
