How OVLG handled the situation?

BH had reached out to Oak View Law Group on August 23, 2012, to get some knowledge on the debt relief services we offer. Vernon Smith, one of our Client Relationship Managers, assisted him and explained the program. Once he got enrolled with us and we sent the power of attorneys to the creditors, all the harassing collection calls stopped immediately. Within just two days of receiving the first payment from the client, Ronald Gallant worked out an excellent settlement with one of the credit card accounts for just 40% of the total outstanding balance. The client is very satisfied with the case progress as of now and has thus provided us with the video review.

Hi! My name is Benjamin and I live in Washington state. I've been with Oak View Law Group for almost 2 months now and already I've saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I look forward to every time I check my email and when my representative Roland Gallant contacts me. He is extremely good with communication. He is on top of the emails and he is a very polite gentleman to work with. I can tell you guys how much I appreciate his business and what he has done for me. Whatever future of my hold for me with Oak View Law Group, I'm exceedingly excited about and came across ways to save even more money and changed my life to a life of stress free and no bills. So thanks again everybody. Goodbye!

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
