How OVLG handled the situation?
AR5 approached to Oak View Law Group on 10/15/2013 and got herself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for her debt relief, as her client intake manager Ron Clark explained to him. She started making her monthly payments from 10-23-2013 towards her trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the Payday Loans and credit card accounts.
Andrew Taylor, her Client Relationship Manager, has been taking care of her file very diligently. Till now we have settled 2 of his accounts out of the 10 that were enrolled. Meanwhile there are 8 more of his creditors that is left to settle, out of which we have are in negotiations with three.
