How OVLG handled the situation?
AR had contacted OVLG in the month of July, 2013 to settle all her payday loans. Her Client Intake Manager was Robin Nelson. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all her doubts and queries.
Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, AR decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Matthew Harris in order to deal with her creditors.
