How OVLG handled the situation?

AH contacted OVLG in the month of January, 2013. He had three on line payday loan accounts with one medical bill that he wanted to enroll with OVLG. His client intake manager was Austin Butler, who helped him to enrolled in the debt consolidation program with OVLG. Austin Butler explained the full process to him and made him understand the pros and cons of this program. After a deliberate consideration on this account, Anthony had decided to join OVLG.

Once he had decided to continue with OVLG, the file was assigned to his Client relationship manager, Neil Anderson. Neil had informed him the strategy and the scope of getting good settlement offers on his account. Neil started working on his file in the month of January, 2013, when the client made his first payment. On April, 2013, Neil managed to settle the first account with Cash Net USA for 64.99%. The client is very happy and grateful to be in this program and to deal with Neil Anderson.
