How OVLG handled the situation?
Client AE had contacted OVLG in the month of September, 2013 to settle three of his creditors. His Client Intake Manager was Van Cliburn. In the initial stage, Van explained him the entire debt settlement program with Oak View Law Group and answered to all his doubts and queries.
Finally, after achieving the complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, AE decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager, Kenneth Clark in order to deal with his creditors.
Kenneth started working on his accounts in the month of September, 2013 when we received the first payment from the client. We have settled with his first creditor in the month of November, 2013 for 41.59%.
Within a small duration of 4 months, Kenneth has been able to build a good relation and understanding with the client and has always kept him updated with all the activities that was going on in his account with us. As of now, AE is left with two creditors and out of them we have already started negotiations with one.
