How OVLG handled the situation?
AB1 signed up with us on 09/25/2013 for the debt settlement program with 1 creditor for an outstanding balance of $3,855. We settled her account for $1350 with 10 installment payments within just 2 months and she was done paying off the creditor in the month of August 2014. She was so pleased with the program that she rejoined us with 4 more creditors in 2015. Currently we are negotiating with the remaining creditors and we hope to provide her settlement offers soon.
