If one person names another one as beneficiary in his will, but both die at the same time, who will appear to inherit the property at the very beginning?

Would the first person’s people get the payout?

The answer might be based on the existence of certain variables. If the order of the death can’t be made out, then each will be taken as predeceased another and their estates will go to their respective beneficiaries. However, if the order of the death is determined, the survivor’s estate will inherit unless there is anything else written in the will.
