We are two siblings and a rental property was left to two of us through a trust. I was recently made aware that my sister has given up her rights to the property and received a lump sum amount from the trust in return. Does that mean that I am the only beneficiary now and am entitled to the entire property? Or does she still get a share of the rent which are being deposited in the trust account?
