I've defaulted on $6600 of payday loans. My lenders are trying to debt the amount from my checking accounts. Should I close all my checking accounts in order to avoid them?

You can't stop them just by closing your checking accounts. It won't help. Even if you are falling behind your payments, there are other ways to stop lenders from debiting your accounts. Just closing your checking accounts in order to avoid lenders increases your chances of being sued for breach of the loan agreement. Therefore, it's better to consult a debt relief attorney or firm.
