Due to some misfortunes I had to borrow from 3 payday loan lenders totaling $5,600, which I could hardly afford. As a result now I am starting to fall behind on those bills. Can anybody provide some advice. I'm here in CA.

If you're residing in CA, you're bound to pay the principal plus the interest on your payday loans as payday lending is legal in California. However, if you're falling behind on your bills and can hardly afford, I'd recommend you to get help from a reputable debt relief company. Perhaps, they can settle something out for you.
