A lady keeps calling me all the time at home to let me aware of the fact that she can serve me papers at any time as of a payday loan that I took back in 2010. But whenever I ask for anything, she doesn’t provide me with any information. I’m not sure if this is legit or ont. I didn’t give out any info to her as I find this might be harmful.

Yes, she can sue you for the outstanding balance if you don't pay it back. However, it is not legitimate if they don't give out their information while collecting. This is against the FDCPA. You can sue them for that.
