Can I be sued for an online payday loan taken back in 2010?

A lady keeps calling me all the time at home to let me aware of the fact that she can serve me papers at any time as of a payday loan that I took back in 2010. But whenever I ask for anything, she doesn’t provide me with any information. I’m not sure if this is legit or ont. I didn’t give out any info to her as I find this might be harmful.
