As stated by Abbie earlier payday lending is prohibited in the state of Pennsylvania. Therefore, you just no need to continue with the finance charge. Just settle the loan by paying off the principal balance. And if you have already paid more than that, request for a refund.

As Abbie stated earlier - payday lending is prohibited in the state of Pennsylvania by law. So it's best to avoid paying the finance charges. Just settle with them by paying the original amount incurred. If you have paid more than that yet, request for a refund.

Payday lending is prohibited in the state of PA. Check cashers are specifically prohibited from making payday loans. 63 Penn Stat. Ann.
