You see I own this car and I happened to be passenger on it while it had an accident. Now, in the instance that I have no insurance and no valid inspection stickers and my friend had been driving the car while insanely speeding through major red light intersections. Most importantly, he had lied to me about having a valid license whereas he actually didnt. So now what should I do and who's at fault for that matter? Me or him?
