I posted a review on a business that did some really creepy work on my DVD in my house. Though I never made a threat just stated that the deed was shoddy, over priced and that he was a snitch. Could the cops arrest me just because of this? Again, could the cops tell my gf about all these even before talking to me?

Reviews can be both positive but those do not necessarily mean defamation if negative - likewise not endorsement if positive. However, while posting one, you should to some extent, restrictive in your approach and make use of words prudently.

It seems you really have a complicated relationship with the business you reviewed. Traditionally and legally, you are free to tell the truth and express what opinion you are having about businesses and vendors. If those are not fake that you are not stating, you are not violating the defamation or libel laws. You can be only charged with defamation or libel in case you are spreading something about somebody that is completely false. Calling someone “snitch” won’t do much harm.
