Can I sue?

My doctor's office is affiliated with a hospital and I had to go to that hospital for emergency. I didn't know they could look through my records at the hospital. I was embarrassed because my doctor's office stated I didn't have good hygiene on my medical record nor know what the doctor mean by it. Can I sue my doctor's office?
