Can I be sued for defamation if I admit what I told or wrote about somebody's behavior is true? Actually, the person concerned is continuously pressurizing me to do certain unethical things and I want to reveal the issue to the higher authority. What if he disagrees and sues me?

Yes, you can be sued if you say that the concerned person forced you to do that. However, the person might not sue you if you say write in the statement "I feel" as this is your feeling or belief. But if you're sued and can successfully prove what you said was true, then you can certainly save yourself from defamation allegation.
