I want to remove a manager of an LLC that was established but not has begun business yet, even bears no asset. As I’ve not prepared any operating agreement yet, should I need to worry about filing anything along those lines? But I want to change some information of the business and I need to know if there is anything else that I need to file in order to cover everything.

Just file an amended Statement of Information. Nothing more is required. Even no need to refer him as a manager in the Operating Agreement.
