I have got unpaid credit card bills. But due to a new job opportunity, I might be moving abroad for a few years. What I wanted to know is that, can I ditch my debts, since in Europe, my old credit history will probably not matter. When I return back, say after 3-4 yrs, will these debts still be valid or will expire since the SOL will expire by then?
