I have accrued $15,000 in credit card debt. I tried to settle the debts but it wa a scam company and I lost few more dollars without getting any positive result. Now I don't have enough funds to repay my debt. Neither do I have a good credit score. The only thing that I have is a few amount left in my workplace retirement fund. Should I raid this a/c in order to pay off my debt? What do you think?

I wouldn't advise you to raid your 401(k) account. Can't you take out a loan from your friends or family?
