My first mistake was maxing out my income to rent as much house as possible for what we thought were good reason, but now mean squat, since everything that could go wrong financially went wrong. I worked 2, sometimes 3 jobs here and there, since we were in a long term rental agreement and finally we were able to move. It was either borrow or be evicted under strict leasing terms. Childish. I am about to contact the installment loans to make agreements, but I wanted to send out an SOS before I did.
