If you have the money that is needed to pay off the debt, you can easily negotiate and settle the amount with your creditors outside the court.

I’m being sued for outstanding credit card debt and I’d like to pay the debt in full before it goes to the court. Can I do that? Is that feasible?

Yes, you can do that and it’s obviously feasible. If you have the money that is needed to pay off the debt, you can easily negotiate and settle the amount with your creditors outside the court. It’s even better if you can settle in lump-sum. However, it’s better if you get help of a consumer attorney.
