I own my house and do not have a lien on it. Can they foreclose on the property?

Too vague to give adequate reply.

But yes, creditors can try to foreclose on your nonexempt personal property, if they get a judgment against you. They can place the lien on real estate or seek possession of your home with judicial foreclosure. You'll however have the exemptions to protect you.
