I've around $30,000 in credit card debt with interest rates ranging from 7% to 25%. I can't ruin my credit score for this but I need to reduce my monthly payments. What are my options? Do I have any?

Yes, you always have option. Nowadays, the most desired option to reduce monthly credit card payments is balance transfer method. See if any card is offering a ZERO interest introductory balance transfer offer, transfer all your balances into it and try to pay within the introductory period. Apart from this, you can also negotiate with your creditors to lower the interest rates, which in a way will pull down your monthly payments. If you're, however, not a good negotiator, get help from a reputed credit card debt settlement company.
