My mother opened a bank account in my name. She has access to my personal information. This helped her to open a bank account and a credit account in my name. I didn't know about the accounts. Recently, I came to know about this when I tried to open a new bank account. My name is on Chexsystems. The credit card account is also in delinquent status. My credit score has dropped drastically. Any advice would be appreciated.
