No, you can't consolidate Plus Loan with personal student loans since it is not allowed.

I have federal student loans which I might be trying to merge with Direct consolidation Loan. My parents are also carrying a student loan which was for my education. Can I include the PLUS loan along with my loans when I apply?

Well, that would mean that the PLUS Loan has to be transferred in your name. That's not allowed. You can't consolidate a loan in your parent's name along with your loans, even if you had been the dependent student.
