Since 2010 I've been struggling as I lost my job. After that, a credit card company has put a lien on my house and now I've no choice but to sell the house. I even don't have the required money to pay back, and If I don't sell, they will foreclose it. I hardly know what to do. Please help me.

Well, there are no set rules, actually. A credit card company could walk in any direction in order to get back the lent amount. However, as they already have put a lien on your property, you cannot but have to sell it. What you can do is immediately consulting an attorney as he could guide you in the best possible way.
