I asked for a faxed Settlement Offer and got the run around and no they can't do that and something about email with a protected password. while all this was going on I am told I missed the deadline to pay the Settlement Offer by one day ( I was waiting for the fax they had the # already to fax it) and the offer is removed and will I agree to pay the full amount due in 4 days. It was sorry the creditor has set the timelimit and there is nothing they the Collection Agency can do but collect the full amount due. I just want to have it in writting so I know what I am agreeing to!
