If the present status of the debt is past the SOL of your state, you are not legally obliged to repay.

They added more to the uncollected amount by 60%. plus they issued a court order garnishment for my job 10%. The debt was over 10 years old. I never admit, but never answered the letters sent. is there any actions I can take against them or stop them? I write the courts six years ago in rebuttal to the claim. The Law firm still tried to make me claim the debt and I ask them to send proof of which they didn't and still had the court approve judgement against me.

If the present status of the debt is past the SOL of your state, you are not legally obliged to repay. They can sue you in court, but cannot win the case.
