Midland Credit has been pestering me for long time about a 5 yr old debt. The SOL for credit card debt in Texas is 4 yrs, so they can't take any legal action against me now. They agreed to that, but still keep calling me for that. How can I wipe it from my credit report and get the creditors off my back?
