A collection agency has been calling me now for more than 2 weeks to collect on a debt. I’m sure this agency has violated 4 federal laws and 2 state debt collection laws. I’m not sure how should I proceed now but I really want the debt to be reported as satisfied. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
