Foreclosure will remain on your credit report for 7 years after you get ejected.

My home went into foreclosure and then I get to know that there has been a judgment which has been filed against me. Now could you help me by telling me of any way by which I could report this. And like is there a limit involved which expires or something?

Which judgment are you talking about here? Is this the initial foreclosure action or is it a deficiency judgment? Understand this for a fact that the foreclosure action essentially allows the lender to dispose of the property. This is done through a sheriff's sale. This is going to remain on your credit report for the next 7 years, and that should be the last you see of it after being ejected.
