Could anyone explain what does the term key derogatory mean on my credit report? Is this any kind of negative information?

Key derogatory is nothing else than negative information that can and often affects your credit score. For instance, if any creditor reports your account as 30 days late, it hurts your credit score negatively. If we arrange the late payments in a sequence like 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 days, then it'd go like this late, loan default, collections; charge-offs; judgments and foreclosure.
