Should you remove your name from a credit card with high credit utlization ratio? Yes, absolutely.

I'm the authorized user on several credit cards. The payment history on these cards is impeccable. The credit utilization ratio is around 90%. Should I still remain as the authorized user on the credit cards? Should I try to remove my name as the authorized user from the card?

You should try to get your name removed from the credit card since the high credit-utilization ratio is affecting your score negatively.
