I have gone through difficult times, but now I’m trying to bring my credit on track. I recently checked my credit report for the purpose and found some old debts on which the SOL is going to expire within a few months. I haven’t been sued for any of the dues yet. Should I try to pay off the balances now or wait for the SOL to expire first?
