Is there any rule regarding re-insertion of previously deleted account?

I had disputed an account and got it removed from my report with Experian. However, when I checked recently, I saw that it has been re-inserted, and I didn’t even know anything about it. Isn’t the CA required to notify about this to me? I checked other reports too, and they’re all clear. Will I need to dispute the same account again and again?
