The co-signer's credit report will reflect the missed payments or dues and everything else related to the account, but not that it's a part of your bankruptcy.

Mom was the co-signer on my loan. I have filed for Chapter 13 and that account will be paid off with the repayment plan. Will it show as being charged off on her credit report?

It will only show as being 'charged off' on her credit report if the account has been charged off by the lender. While it will be updated as 'included in Chapter 13' on your report, the co-signers' report will be updated according to the account status with the lender. Thus, your mom's report will reflect the missed payments or dues and everything else related to the account, but not that it's a part of your BK.
