Whenever you find any information in your credit report to be incorrect, you can dispute it. If you are getting your annual copy of your credit report, you may dispute it once in a year. In case you are ever denied a loan for the information in your credit report, you may purchase a copy of it and review it to see if there is any information that is incorrect.
