I want to establish a small LLC here in CA. Can anybody throw some light on the costs associated?

A limited liability company (LLC) requires both an initial setup fee and an ongoing annual license or franchise fee. You pay these fees to the state just for limiting your business or investment liability. Though these costs vary, they often run from less than $100 to several hundred dollars a year. Apart from the initial setup fees, sometimes you also pay for financial management costs.
