Hello, we are a newly formed group and currently planning to register a company in Delaware or in another state. However, we are not that much confident about the three forms of corporation (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp) that we can form. Moreover, we are currently not residing in the US.
We are going to form an online business and wanted to know how does the company would outline that we are the owners of the corporations? I know there are tax consequences, but do that meant for non-residents too? Thanks in advance.
