Hello, we are a newly formed group and currently planning to register a company in Delaware or in another state. However, we are not that much confident about the three forms of corporation (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp) that we can form. Moreover, we are currently not residing in the US.

We are going to form an online business and wanted to know how does the company would outline that we are the owners of the corporations? I know there are tax consequences, but do that meant for non-residents too? Thanks in advance.

In the very initial level, selection of the appropriate format is very important. If you have no understanding of the formats, things might move in other way. Try to reach out to a good business lawyer who can advise you in this regard. Again, incorporation in Delaware is not the most beneficial way to go. So find a reputable business attorney and let him/her help you form..
