The home we live in is titled in my wife's name. It always had been, even before we got married. If my personal financial condition forces me to file for individual bankruptcy, do I need to include the home as part of my assets, since I live there now? My wife doesn't want to file bankruptcy, and I will be filing mine soon.

No, its ok if you file your bankruptcy individually. It won't be considered a part of your estate if the title is in your wife's name. Unless you have a legal interest in the house, i.e. if your name is there on the deed or your wife has allowed you some ownership interest in the property, you don't need to enlist it as part of your assets.
