I had filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in the sate of Arizona in 2010 and made payments for 14 months though the bankruptcy was never accepted by the trustee. Suddenly I became ill and couldn't carry out with the payment plan and so reverted back to a Chapter 7. Now I'd like to know who received the money I paid for long 14 months?
