The part he/she spends for the household expenses and/or your expenses will be considered during the means test.

What if I file bankruptcy and my wife doesn't? How much my wife's income be considered a part of my means test income?

Only the part she spends for the household expenses and/or your expenses. The part of her income which she spends for her own expenses or debts, won't be considered a part of your income during the means test.

Hope you're consulting an experienced attorney for your bankruptcy filing. Ask him/her about 'marital adjustments' to understand this in a better way.
