You see I have been through a bankruptcy and then there was this bankruptcy trustee who had entered into a settlement agreement with me. I loaned money to this fellow. Now the agreement says that it's a waiver releasing me of all matters in dispute between the trustee on behalf of my estate as well as the party I had loaned money to. My question is when am I to be released of all claims?
