A bankruptcy attorney might help but student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy unless there's an extreme financial hardship.

Actually I had lost my job and neither could I move along graduation for the tuition fees were exorbitantly high. Could a guarantee lawyer help for I see no other way but to file bankruptcy?

Tacy is absolutely right here. Understand this for a fact that student loan discharge isn't possible when it comes to bankruptcy.

How much do you owe exactly? If you're looking for a hardship discharge, then it might get difficult and no lawyer can possible guarantee you that. You've got to understand that student loan discharge isn't possible through bankruptcy.
