Is tax debt dischargeable in bankruptcy?

I ahad filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy 5 years ago. I knew that taxes beyond 3 years are discharged and I had ignored the notices. Could you please advise me about whether or not state tax debt can be discharged in bankruptcy. I stay in Ohio.
