Can you discharge student loans by filing bankruptcy? Yes, you can provided you're in extreme financial hardship.

I don't have a job and am not even a graduate. Now I owe 20,000 dollars as student loan debt so thinking of filing bankruptcy. Will I get discharge? Any advice would be helpful.

Well, it's really hard to obtain a discharge in case of bankruptcy for student loan debt. In fact, it's difficult to guarantee whether or not a bankruptcy would give you a hardship discharge.
