1. Constant support

We have a team of professionals who will be able to answer all of your queries related to the program, whether technical or otherwise.

2. Create support request

Enter a summarized version of the problem or the query that you have, in the 'Subject' box provided. Include a brief description about it. Click 'Submit' button. A support request will be generated which will enlist details of your problem. You'll be able to check the status of the request to know who it has been assigned to, and also check the progress, i.e. whether it has been solved or is still under process.
