Wages and salary up to the extent of
$ 50 .
Consumer's Cooperative:
Consumer’s cooperative membership rights up to the extent of
$ 50 .
Pets and Husbandry:
Pets and husbandry exempted up to the extent of
$ 1,000 .
Property:
Any personal property chosen by the debtor exempted up to the extent of
$ 400 .
Total or Absolute Exemptions for:
Essential Wearing Apparel. Professional books. Burial Plot. Wages of Sailor. Secured debts by bill of exchange or negotiable promissory notes. Wages of wife and minor children of the debtor. IRC qualified IRA funds. Annuity, pension, profit-sharing, or other retirement plan protected by ERISA. Employment Security benefits. Specific Partnership Property. Disability Insurance Benefits.
